Hameau de la Becque

14 Rue de la Becque, 59710 Avelin, France

In Avelin, in the heart of the Pévèle countryside and just a few kilometres from Lille, Le Hameau de la Becque hosts private and business events in a rural setting. Its flexible spaces are suitable for weddings, family gatherings, birthdays, seminars and conventions. Organisers can adapt the layout to the size and format of their event, from a small meeting to a large reception. The rooms open onto an inner courtyard and a wooden terrace, offering options for breaks, drinks receptions or outdoor celebrations.

For meetings and seminars, the spaces have equipment for presentations and collaborative work, including projectors, screens, Wi-Fi and flipcharts. The team supports organisers as they prepare their event and coordinate its different stages. For weddings, they help personalise the atmosphere, organise the day's programme and clarify logistical requirements, so that couples can enjoy their reception.

Catering is an integral part of the venue's offer. Menus are created around fresh, seasonal produce, with a focus on local suppliers. Le Hameau can therefore combine room hire with a meal tailored to the occasion, from a working lunch to a celebratory dinner. This combination of spaces, support and catering makes it a venue worth considering for event planners looking for a welcoming place near Lille, whether for a business event, a family celebration or a wedding.
