The event and congress centre at Eifel-Jugendherberge Prüm offers event planners flexible rooms for meetings, congresses, seminars, workshops and music rehearsals. The venue also has space for club events and celebrations. It is located in Prüm in the Eifel and is suitable for small groups as well as larger gatherings of up to 500 participants.

Five lounge and event rooms are available for smaller groups, with space for around 10 to 50 people. The large congress area consists of four versatile halls with a stage. The room layout can be adapted to suit the occasion and the desired seating arrangement. This makes the venue suitable for talks, working meetings, training sessions and events with different programme sections.

The technical facilities include projectors, a screen, a flip chart, a pinboard, a lectern and a PA system. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the building. A sound system and a piano are provided for music rehearsals. On request, refreshments for breaks can be provided, including coffee, tea, biscuits, cake or fruit. Conference packages combine the room, equipment and refreshments in an option tailored to the event day.

As the congress centre is part of a youth hostel, organisers can also arrange accommodation and meals for groups. This means multi-day seminars, choir rehearsals and other group events can all take place at one venue. The combination of rooms in various sizes, basic technical equipment and accommodation makes this venue particularly appealing for organised groups and multi-day events.
