The Event Hall Inc.

The Event Hall is a family-owned banquet venue in Largo, Florida, offering a dedicated space for weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet 16 celebrations and other special occasions. Organisers can hire the hall on its own, subject to availability, or choose a package sized for gatherings of up to 50, 100, 150 or 200 guests.

The ballroom is prepared with ceiling and wall draping, colour uplighting, a large stage, tables and Chiavari chairs. Packages also include table linens and runners, a head table, a front lounge and a draped area for photographs. A dressing room is available for ceremonies and quinceañeras, while a prep kitchen supports event arrangements. Centrepieces, tableware and ceremony set-up can be added as options.

Venue bookings are offered in a ten-hour block, with time for rehearsal, ceremony preparation and the event itself, as well as end-of-event clean-up. This format gives planners room to organise the day’s key stages in one place, from the ceremony through to the reception. The venue also provides DJ service and can refer organisers to preferred photography and videography suppliers.

With its event-focused facilities and packages for both intimate and larger celebrations, The Event Hall gives planners a practical starting point for arranging a private function. Prospective clients can arrange a tour to view the space, discuss availability and consider which package and optional details best suit their plans.
