Private Dining Rooms

Private Dining Rooms helps event planners and individuals find private dining spaces at restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues across London and the UK. Its website brings together venue information so organisers can explore options by location, guest numbers and event type, and compare practical details when deciding where to hold a dinner or celebration.

For organisers who would rather have help with the search, the business offers a free venue-finding service. Share details such as the date, preferred area, number of guests, occasion and budget, and the team can prepare a shortlist of suitable venues. It then puts the organiser in touch with those venues, allowing them to ask directly about availability, room hire, menus, prices and arrangements.

The service is intended for a range of private dining occasions, from small business lunches and client dinners to larger corporate gatherings, birthdays, Christmas parties and weddings. Venue listings include details that can help with comparisons, such as room capacity, privacy, layout, food and drink, minimum spend, accessibility and audio-visual facilities. Organisers can browse the listings themselves or request personalised suggestions.

Private Dining Rooms also serves the venues it features. Restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses with suitable private rooms can pay an annual fee to be listed. The platform says it does not take commission on bookings, and customers make their booking arrangements directly with the selected venue. This makes the business a venue discovery and matching service, rather than an event venue or caterer itself.
