BaseHere

BaseHere is a Lexington coworking business that also makes event and meeting spaces available to organisers. Its event spaces can be reserved by members and non-members for gatherings, with capacities advertised from 50 to 100 people. The venue option may suit business receptions, networking events, workshops, celebrations and other smaller functions that need a flexible indoor setting.

Furniture and Wi-Fi are included, and weekend rates are available. Organisers can also ask about bar packages and catering, giving them options for refreshments alongside the room booking. The event spaces are offered from an hourly rate, so they may work for shorter gatherings as well as longer bookings. Availability, pricing and the best room for a particular event can be confirmed directly with BaseHere.

For smaller, more focused sessions, BaseHere also offers five meeting rooms for groups of two to twelve. These rooms include Wi-Fi, a large monitor and a whiteboard wall, with conference-call and audiovisual equipment available on request. They are suited to team meetings, interviews, training sessions and workshops that benefit from a private, equipped space.

The wider BaseHere offer centres on flexible workspace and a community for entrepreneurs, creatives and other professionals. Event organisers can therefore consider the venue for both standalone gatherings and meetings connected with their business community. The current BaseHere contact address is on West Vine Street in downtown Lexington. Ask the team about the event format, room layout, available dates and any catering or bar arrangements before booking.
