Evential

Evential helps conference and trade show organizers give exhibitors a clearer picture of what happened on the event floor. Small Bluetooth tags attach to attendee badges, while receivers cover selected booths or event spaces. Reports show visits by tagged attendees, time spent nearby, and return visits in those covered areas, without asking attendees to download another app or scan at every booth.

For organizers, that adds useful context to conversations about exhibitor value, sponsor reporting, and the layout of a future event. For exhibitors, it complements the leads their teams deliberately capture during conversations. A visit report is a starting point for understanding engagement; it does not tell you whether someone bought a product.

We work with organizers and event service providers to scope the coverage, badge distribution, and reporting for each deployment. A focused first event or a small set of booths can help establish what information is useful before expanding.

Contact Evential to discuss an upcoming event and see an example of the reporting.
