Tiquetclic

tiquetclic is a bespoke ticketing platform for theatres, auditoriums, festivals, museums and local councils. It is developed and maintained by Clickame Networks, S.L., a technology company founded in 2011 in Viladecans (Barcelona).

It lets you sell tickets online with a seating plan and seat selection, and manage access and capacity in real time using QR codes. It also includes touchscreen kiosks for on-site sales, a management dashboard with sales and settlements, invitations with individual QR codes, group bookings and a validation app available as a white-label product.

Ticket sales are integrated into the organiser’s website, including WordPress sites, so that the public can buy tickets without leaving the page.

tiquetclic does not charge commissions per ticket or promote its clients’ events: the audience, data and brand belong to the client. It is a proprietary platform that adapts to each project and to the requirements of each public authority. It is hosted on Google Cloud, in the Madrid region, on infrastructure with ENS High category certification.
