Magnolia Square Event Venue

Magnolia Square Event Venue offers a flexible space for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and business events in the historic district of downtown New Iberia, Louisiana. The venue combines an open-plan indoor hall with a covered rear patio, giving organisers options for guest seating, dining, mingling and outdoor breaks. Its characterful setting includes exposed brick and other architectural details, while practical facilities support a range of event formats.

The indoor space covers more than 2,500 square feet, and the patio adds around 800 square feet. The venue lists a maximum occupancy of 241 people, with seating arrangements depending on the chosen floor plan. Tables and white folding chairs are included, along with access to a prep kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave, commercial cooler and freezer. Portable bars, accessible restrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi are also available. Linen and other optional additions can be arranged separately.

Organisers have exclusive use of the venue during their booking, with full-day access available for event set-up and pack-down. For some business meetings, hourly weekday and multi-day rental windows are offered. Magnolia Square follows an open-vendor policy, so planners can select their own caterer and other service providers. A bring-your-own-bottle option is available, subject to the venue's terms and any applicable requirements.

The space is promoted for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays, reunions, graduations, holiday celebrations, meetings, corporate functions and banquets. Its adaptable layout lets organisers plan the room around their programme, while nearby downtown parking provides access for guests. The venue also provides an availability calendar and accepts reservation enquiries online.
