Parade House Trowbridge

Parade House Trowbridge is a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse available for exclusive hire in the historic centre of Trowbridge. Its distinctive period rooms and grand staircase provide a characterful setting for intimate weddings, private celebrations, business meetings, conferences, exhibitions and photo or location shoots.

The venue can host gatherings of up to 54 people, with several spaces to choose from. The Grand Ballroom accommodates larger groups, while the Directors' Room and Drawing Room suit smaller meetings and receptions. Ushers Bar, set in the building's historic vaults, offers a relaxed space for drinks and informal gatherings. There is also a private 24-seat Screening Room, which can add a cinema experience to an event or provide a distinctive meeting space.

For weddings, the house is licensed for ceremonies and civil partnerships. Couples can choose from tailored packages or discuss a bespoke arrangement, with options spanning a ceremony and drinks reception through to a meal and evening celebration. An event manager is included in the wedding packages, and the venue works with selected suppliers for additional services. For corporate bookings, rooms can be hired for anything from a private appointment to a conference, with staffing, in-house catering or use of the event kitchen available.

The townhouse is close to Trowbridge railway station, with paid parking nearby. Organisers should note that the listed building has no lift and wheelchair access is limited to the ground floor. Event planners can contact the venue to discuss room layouts, availability and a quote tailored to their occasion.
