Hohenstaufensaal in Annweiler am Trifels is a versatile event venue in a listed town hall. Historic features meet a modern extension with bright rooms and up-to-date facilities. Event organisers can book individual rooms or combine several areas, depending on the occasion and the size required. The venue can accommodate events for around 50 to 800 guests.
The Festsaal is available for large celebrations. The smaller hall and seminar rooms are suitable for conferences, training sessions, talks or smaller gatherings. The foyer can be used as a reception and event space. The historic vaulted cellar provides a cosy setting for private celebrations, concerts or seminars. The cultural centre also includes a cinema.
Hohenstaufensaal caters to organisers of weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate celebrations, as well as those planning conferences and cultural events. For weddings and other celebrations, the team offers planning advice and information about technology, facilities and decorations. Depending on the room, options include projection equipment, flexible seating and lighting.
Organisers have flexibility when it comes to room layouts and choosing suppliers. There is no requirement to use a particular caterer: you can bring your own catering company, and the team can recommend local providers if you wish. Artists can also be recommended on request. This makes it possible to adapt the rooms to different types of event and individual requirements.
