A delight to the eye
We are a classic car club and have chosen the Bottelarij for our event because the building and square are cultural heritage. This fits within the old-timer event. In addition, the Bottelarij is a social employment place that we are happy to support.
That day we were not only able to enjoy the view of the building and the beautiful region, but also the delicious lunch and desserts. They make all their dishes themselves with a lot of love and you can taste it. We were present with about 100 people and everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Plenty of food, service with a smile on their face.
We are very grateful that we were able to host our event with you and hope that we can come back in the future.

Wedding party in bottling plant
We rented the attic room here for our wedding. Everything was in tip-top shape! We were allowed to go and have a look in advance, were allowed to decorate the room a day in advance... The food was taken care of down to the last detail and everything was super tasty! Very friendly staff who made our day unforgettable!
Fantastic location with super luxury refreshments
On June 1, we had an appointment at De Bottelarij in Ulbeek - Wellen. 15 participants, nice weather, super fun setting. Both the meeting room upstairs and the beautiful enclosed garden are pleasantly furnished. The sandwiches were of a surprising level. In nothing to compare with a classic offer. And the service: personal and friendly. Recommended! (also for private individuals)👍
You get a real home feeling here
You get a real home feeling here. Stop for a coffee with one piece of home-made 'grandma's cake', walk around and look at what exhibition is currently running, or with the (grand) - children search for the 28 welbeings, we do it all. The theater hall is also beautiful, we have already attended several concerts, unique that they give the young musicians a chance to take their first steps on the stage. Also take a look at the church opposite. They have given it a nice re-use.
Coworkspace in De Bottelarij - the ideal seminar space to maintain the social distance during a meeting or lecture.
It was a great relief to be able to give a lecture at this beautiful location in times of corona measures.
Everything was thought of: disinfecting hand gel, projector, projection screen, chairs at a sufficient distance from each other, ventilation, ...
While there was a pleasant bustle on the terrace (where the necessary hygiene and safety measures are also very strictly adhered to), we sat quietly in this atmospheric light and airy space with a view of the historic courtyard.

Surprisingly fun opportunity
With our group of 34 participants, we were given the privilege to drop by for a drink on a normal closing day of De Bottelarij.
On the very pleasant terrace we were received very friendly and served correctly.
If you are so well received for a simple drink, I imagine it will certainly be the case for more elaborate occasions.
Delicious!
Super delicious food, especially breakfast is highly recommended! The bottling plant is located in a wonderfully quiet area, ideal to combine with a walk or bike ride.
Also important they are very child friendly! High chairs and toys galore.
Heaven on earth
Due to a stressful job I need rest on my days off and this whore keeps coming back. Always friendly service, busy or not, good food and cake. What does a man want more? I feel at home here
Ideal for small parties
We organized two small baby shower-like parties in the Bottelarij (15 to 20 people) and that went very well; good and flexible communication and prior arrangements, fine options in terms of formulas to choose from, our choice (dessert buffet) was very tasty, and the drinks were always affordable. We asked for a large table under the roof, next to which there is also a nice covered play corner for children. That was no problem, and therefore highly recommended!

We like to come to the bottling plant with our Pedagogical Office and so do our users! Despite the sometimes more difficult educational topics, the users always come to the reception area with a smile for a chat with a snack, which is also always well looked after. Those smileys are partly due to the creative environment in which we reside. Nice musical evening in the bottling plant
Recently I had the pleasure of being spoiled both culinary and musically in the cozy bottling facility. A fair price for a tasty authentic and freshly made hamburger with surprising side dishes and a dessert. The intimate and cozy setting was made even more special by the performance of the talented Joris Vos. I would recommend this fine evening interpretation to everyone.

We regularly come to meetings, exhibitions, have breakfast on Sunday mornings and even just to drink a coffee or a glass, everything is always arranged down to the last detail. Then there is their subsidiary company Aksi, an organization whose mission is to realize sustainable, full-fledged employment for the weakest among the disadvantaged groups and this by means of realizing a comprehensive service. So great. Quite simply a must-to-do if you are in the area.

I have already done several exhibitions of my works in the bottling plant, I think it is a great beautiful location to exhibit, not only to view my works, but you can also enjoy all the goodies that you can there. eat .... and the service and customer friendliness is definitely a plus.

A while ago we organized a meeting in De Bottelarij. All invitees received a personal and very warm welcome by the employees and owner of the Bottelarij. The meeting room certainly lived up to expectations and the closing lunch even exceeded expectations. To be repeated!
Inspiration day on June 2
On Saturday, June 2, we had an inspiration day with 7 Dutch women around working with the strengths of people under the very expert guidance of Suzy Kimpen. We were pleasantly surprised by the De Bottelarij location. The place, the serenity, the art, the messages, something surprising in every corner. We enjoyed!! In addition, the catering was excellent and we felt very spoiled and taken care of that day. A must for anyone who wants something different.

daydream on a hard working day
On May 8, we had been introduced to the Bottelarij with our 'employment service' team. What a fantastic location and a warm welcome! The tranquility, the surroundings and the authentic atmosphere of the Bottelarij put us in the ideal mood to brainstorm about the future of our service. In the afternoon, be pampered on the sunny terrace and the homemade lasagna, superb. We also appreciated the conclusion with a delicious Limburg snack. It was a moment of dreaming on a hard working day. Highly recommended for all teams.
Father's Day brunch in the Bottelarij
We were allowed to enjoy the Father's Day brunch in the Bottelarij on Sunday 10 June. The weather was beautiful so we could sit on the beautiful terrace. Everything was super delicious, very versatile buffet with all kinds of special things prepared in-house. In addition to the traditional items, there were also delicious quiches, tortilla, salmon and cheese rolls, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, rice pudding, etc. When we entered we immediately received a delicious glass of cava or fruit juice and also coffee or tea. In short, we enjoyed it and we will definitely be back. Kudos to the kitchen staff and also for the friendly service.
Warm welcome
Last Thursday we organized a lecture in the Theaterzaal of De Bottelarij. We were able to place 73 people there very comfortably. It was nice to see the guests meeting each other before the lecture and during the intermission in the beautiful, very atmospheric courtyard. And the hall radiated that same special, very pleasant atmosphere. The large number of people who still lingered after the lecture on a weekday Thursday speaks volumes.
Recommended in every way
Wow our kids were in awe of the wel creatures. A fantastic building in a very quiet area. Just enjoy it on the terrace or inside, highly recommended. If we are in the area we will definitely go back.

Today we paid a visit to the Bottelarij with its funny little beings and pleasantly surprised by the cozy courtyard with terrace where we had a really good meal. Their menu may be limited, but what they serve is fresh and traditionally made with local products and brought to the table in a friendly manner. A must for with coffee is the indulgence.
You have to try because it is really tasty. Their pancakes ... delicious.
We will not forget this place, but recommend to anyone who has to be in the area to visit because it is worth it!

I have been a guest at the Bottelarij several times for vernissages, breakfasts, markets, performances or other events or just for a snack and / or a drink during a spontaneous visit. I always feel warmly welcomed and welcome in the beautiful old buildings that house the Bottelarij. AKSI VZW, of which the Bottelarij is part, is a project for social employment, which employs great people. As a visitor, you will experience in a heartfelt way that places like this do matter, both for the visitors who are charmed by it and can enjoy the beautiful setting and the delicacies, but certainly for the people who work there. If you don't know this place yet, then you should visit it urgently to experience for yourself how nice it is.

Hat show & amp; exhibition
As a creative entrepreneur it is often difficult to present your own arts to the general public in the right way without an enormous barrier being set. I post beautiful pictures of my work via Facebook & Instagram, but it often stays with beautiful pictures, it is then difficult to actually get your followers to visit you ... By exhibiting for a month at De Bottelarij I got the opportunity to bring my work to the enthusiasts and get feedback on it. Everything was very well taken care of down to the point and no question was too crazy for the team. Highly recommended for any entrepreneur who wants to present his arts and products to the general public! A big compliment to the whole team !!

Recently stopped in De Bottelarij. Beautiful location discovered in the heart of Haspengouw. Beautiful surroundings, authentic decor, a touch of art, good food (the Iraqi dish is recommended) and once you hear the story behind it (social integration), it only gets better. Recommended! They have therefore aroused my interest with their range of meeting rooms and team building activities. Definitely come back.
Electric wheelchair tandem
In the bottling plant you can borrow an electric wheelchair tandem for free for half a day. This duo bike is ideal for enjoying the beautiful region together with a person with a physical or mental disability. You will find many cycling routes in the vicinity of De Bottelarij.

In May I had the honor to show my newborn photography in the beautiful buildings of the Bottelarij. During a delicious authentic breakfast my guests could enjoy homemade goodies. It is wonderful for young and old.

De Bottelarij is a hospitable hidden authentic pearl in beautiful Haspengouw, housed in an old brewery. Whether for a good coffee with delicious sweets - fresh from our own kitchen - or for a glass of sparkling bubbles with savory snacks on the delightful enclosed terrace. But, you can also go there for a surprising concert, an educational lecture, an art exhibition, an art house film in the attic and a delicious 3-course dinner from the local kitchen or the world kitchen. The children have also been thought of, who will not be bored for a minute and can search in and around the building for the cute 'welcome creatures', who undoubtedly steal everyone's heart, not just ours. In the neighborhood you can take long walks or discover the fruity Haspengouw landscape by bicycle, which is beautiful in every season. My (large) family and I have already completely enjoyed this authentic and warm place, where you will experience what they mean by Limburg hospitality. We like to come there to relax and enjoy everything that the Bottelarij has to offer. A must for young and old and everything in between.

In the bottling plant you have the chance to escape your daily rush. Once you are there you can completely relax. It is certainly worthwhile to try the local products, but the basic dishes are also to die for. Worth repeating!
