RUIM vol creatieven hires out meeting and event spaces in a former factory hall in Hardenberg. The venue is suitable for a wide range of business gatherings, from a small brainstorming session to a training course, workshop, lecture or conference. Organisers can choose from various rooms and layouts to suit the size and purpose of their gathering.

For meetings in small groups, options include a brainstorming room for up to six people and meeting rooms for groups of up to sixteen. The Skybox can accommodate eight to ten guests, or up to twenty when the terrace is used. For larger groups, there are De Boeg, which can host up to 150 people, and the Grote Hal, which is suitable for lectures and events for around a hundred guests. There is also an outdoor space that can be booked for gatherings of up to 150 people.

The rooms have meeting facilities, and extra amenities such as a projector or video recording can be arranged on request. Catering can be provided, from lunch and coffee to snacks and dinner. Teams looking for more than a meeting around a table can also take part in activities and team outings. The venue also has a creative workspace and studio atmosphere, with options for photo and video productions. RUIM can help plan the day and offers rooms by the day or half-day. This makes it a practical choice for businesses and other organisers looking to hold a gathering in a characterful, informal setting in Hardenberg.
