Festhalle Plauen - Kultur- und Kongresszentrum

Festhalle Plauen is a cultural and conference centre offering event organisers several flexible spaces for public and private events. The large hall covers around 800 square metres and can be used on its own or together with the smaller hall. Depending on the seating layout, it is suitable for conferences, galas, exhibitions, concerts and celebrations. The smaller hall offers around 290 square metres and can be used as a separate event space or as an extension. Together, the halls provide up to 1,090 square metres of space.

The rooms can be arranged with rows of seats, parliamentary-style seating or tables. With rows of seats, the combined halls can accommodate up to 1,342 people, or up to 3,500 without seating. The halls are complemented by foyers, including an upper foyer with a permanently installed bar, as well as dressing rooms for performers. The large hall has a built-in stage, while the stage in the smaller hall can be configured as required.

Sound, lighting and video equipment, as well as experienced technical staff, are available for productions. Organisers can plan concerts, theatre and dance programmes, parties, balls, receptions, trade fairs, presentations, meetings and conferences, among other events. The venue is also well suited to TV recordings. Kitchen and ancillary rooms are available for catering, but there is no permanent catering operator. The hall is mainly rented out, and the organisation and content of most events are the responsibility of the respective organisers.
