The pure whey feeling: Unique team building arrangement at Beat the Barn in Balen
't Pure whey feeling is a completely original developed concept (and unique in its kind!) of team building for companies, schools and associations (from 10 to a maximum of 120 people), whereby the rural experience (the pure whey feeling) wire.
Luc and Marina combine with Beat the Barn and Sint-Jozefhoeve the best of both worlds, in one location. While they do everything they can with Beat the Barn to turn your team into a dream team, they contribute with the farm to a sustainable society and happy cows.
Unique and original concept
Looking for an original team building activity or outing that is not only fun but also works wonders for the team spirit? Luc and Marina approached product developers with their idea and thus came up with 9 fun meadow games. Moreover, the pasture games are designed in such a way that everyone can participate, regardless of age, gender or sporting level.
Each of these games refer to parts of agricultural and rural life. They each tell a story and are played in groups on a meadow right next to Beat the Barn. A 'dairy farm visit' can also be linked to these games. The project therefore falls entirely under the heading of active rural recreation.
Awareness and relaxation go hand in hand
In this way, the participant can get a better picture of the reality of life on a farm. Of course with the necessary humor, self-perspective and a cool wink. In this way, awareness-raising, fun and relaxation go hand in hand. Coupled with a healthy urge to compete in a group, this 'pure whey feeling' will give the participants an unforgettable day.

Beat the Barn: highly recommended!
What a fantastic experience at Beat the Barn! This was the perfect choice for our mid-year meeting. The activities were fun, varied, and there really was something for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of drinks were also provided, which was certainly not an unnecessary luxury given the warm weather. The concept of helping ourselves to drinks from the coolers was also ideal. Furthermore, we were wonderfully welcomed and pampered by Luc and his team. The warm, family-like atmosphere topped it all off. Highly recommended!
nlBeat the barn: een aanrader!

Had a great day thanks to the top organization
Our team thoroughly enjoyed a very nice day at Beat The Barn!
In the morning we went out with the goats (2CVs), in the afternoon we had a well-prepared lunch and in the afternoon we could enjoy ourselves playing in the meadow.
Throughout the day we were treated to professional guidance, but with humor and a wonderful Kempen down-to-earth attitude.
We were able to concentrate carefree on the cleverly put together activities while the Beat The Barn team made sure there was always something to eat and drink, enough variety, something for everyone, and that the timing was perfect.
How they managed to arrange that sunshine remains a mystery.
Highly recommended!
nlTopdag gehad dankzij top organisatie

A team building experience you will never forget
This team building was more than worth it. Super fun games where collaboration between colleagues was really "key". We had a lot of laughs and screeches. The farm is located in a beautiful green area. In addition, this business is run by enthusiastic, sympathetic people, with an enormous passion for what they do.
The reception and BBQ afterwards were great, especially the fresh farm ice cream for dessert.
The ending: a tour of the stables was very animated and great fun to experience. What I will certainly remember are the calves that are surrounded with the greatest care. I am waiting impatiently for the birth of "Tenco" 😉

Beat the Barn was great!
It was great, had a great day, had a good time, delicious breakfast, plenty of chilled drinks, waffles in between, delicious BBQ!
The weather was good, beautiful surroundings, great varied games, plenty of breaks in between.
It was also great that photos and videos were taken during the games so that we didn't have to think about it ourselves and could give it 100%!
nlBeat the Barn was top!

Highly recommended!
Luc is a very warm host with a clear passion in all aspects of his job and that shows. The concept of the games was fantastic and we have only heard praise from all colleagues. The lunch, BBQ and waffles were also very popular, so a big chapeau for everyone who took care of this. Despite the rain, it turned out to be a successful day, and that was only possible thanks to the organization of the Beat the Barn team. Again: a big thank you!
nlEchte aanrader!

Teambuilding Sint-Jozefhoeve
We were warmly welcomed by Marina and Luc. It was a beautiful walk with expert explanations from Luc himself. Lunch was very tasty. We were then welcomed by a very enthusiastic Jolijn who led our team building perfectly.
Closing with the barbecue was a hit. In short, very successful!

Fantastic experience that & # 039; WEI & # 039; - feeling
Very warm welcome from the farmer's wife. Bubbles were immediately ready. Competition feeling was more than present. In the end, our group got the worst of it ... we had to lose out. It certainly couldn't spoil the fun. Original, challenging games. The catering was also finished ... more than enough food / drink. BBQ on the farm outside ... I happily pay for that. Price / quality is very OK. Farmer Luc gave us an interesting tour of the company. I think I can speak for everyone by saying that this was a super experience worth repeating.
nlFantastische ervaring dat ' WEI ' - gevoel
Zeer hartelijke ontvangst van de boerin. Bubbels stonden direct klaar. Prijs / kwaliteit is dus dik OK.

Very satisfied
At the Sint-Jozefhoeve we were warmly welcomed by the host and his helpers.
They were all friendly people.
We were a group of 104 employees and they are there for groups up to 120 people.
The activities were great fun and tailored to everyone. These were great assignments for both the strong and the thinkers, they had to work together in groups, so a real team building feeling.
In the afternoon we ordered the chip shop and this also went very smoothly. You got plenty of food and drink, so you had nothing short of.
On the last of the afternoon, those who felt like it were given a tour of the dairy farm, also very nice to see how everything goes.
Highly recommended!
nlZeer tevreden
