BIZZevents organizes family parties, theme parties, staff parties, open days, receptions, weddings, baby showers, ... and this according to your budget. Total concept from A to Z or just a part. From reception, catering, staff, music, animation, safety, material to construction and dismantling.

BIZZevents consists of a team of 4 enthusiastic professionals, Ann, Sara, Luc & Ruben, who provide their experience and knowledge to make every event, large or small, a success. They followed an “Events” course at the VIVES High School in Kortrijk and “Event management” Odisee Aalst.

BIZZevents starts from a white sheet. We would like to make an appointment, preferably at the location of the event / party, to find out what your wishes and ideas are. There are no costs or obligations associated with this meeting.

We listen to you. We will then search for the concept that suits you best. Then we make a first proposal, completely customized. This first concept is fully discussed and adapted until it meets all your wishes. We give you the necessary advice and help you find a suitable location.

Then we get to work. We make a scenario of the entire event and keep you informed of appointments, bookings, permits, budget, etc.

We coordinate the full (or partial) event / party according to agreements and wishes. Afterwards we evaluate the event together. We have our own specialized staff.

I asked BIZZevents to organize a party for about ninety participants. They gave tips for the venue, the type of atmosphere, the caterer and the DJ.
The organization was perfect, without any problem.
For me they passed with great distinction.

Bohemian wedding party 150 guests

We wanted to organize a real garden party in Bohemian style for our wedding party, but wanted to approach it a little more professionally and therefore ended up at Bizz events.
They made a complete script for us with all the wishes about how we saw our wedding party. It was executed perfectly as we envisioned. We could not have wished for a better wedding party. Perfect service, organization, beautiful decoration, super friendly staff, very tasty food and finally a great DJ!
Our guests were also very enthusiastic and have repeated this several times.
Also very important, very good cleaning!
Bizz events ensured that we were guests in our own garden and this became the most beautiful day of our lives. You are fantastic!

Garden party for friends and family - 50 people / super satisfied customer

Bizz is a no-nonsense event organizer
They listen to the customer and take their wishes and budget into account. The eye for detail, fantastic service and friendly staff during the event not only made all our guests very enthusiastic, but also ensured that we as host/organizer were able to enjoy our own party.
At 2 am it was still partying in our garden (which they had transformed into a hip Ibiza style club resto/bar) but a few hours later everything was cleaned up (really!) as if no party had taken place.
It was a very pleasant collaboration for us with the whole team

Preliminary discussions with a listening ear to the wishes of the customer and nice to the point suggestions (eg for the animation). Meticulous preparation with various site visits and preparation of a detailed scenario with a strict timeline and precise division of tasks between all involved. During party: smooth, friendly, attentive and professional service crowned with numerous congratulations from our guests. Also neat and fast dismantling after the party. BIZZevents takes care of all the practical "worries" so that we as hosts could focus all our attention on the reception of our guests and enjoy the party to the fullest. Sincere thanks and warm congratulations to the entire BIZZevents team. We do not hesitate for a moment for the next big party...

Just perfect!

Decorating and elaborating an empty room in theme resulted in a top party for the 40-year-old, but also our son's first communion with a garden party was taken care of down to the last detail; very professional approach, good consultation, fantastic team (and service), elaboration fully customized and on request (also room to bring things up yourself) and no problems at all with tidying up (picco bello and fast!); we are already very satisfied twice and look forward to the next party with Bizzevents!
