I had my retirement party with Bizzevents; everything was taken care of down to the last detail, and I even got some great ideas from Luc. Luc and his team ensured that the run-up to our party went smoothly, despite certain concept changes we were forced to implement. At the party itself, we didn't have to worry for a single moment either; everything was arranged down to the last detail. This allowed us to simply enjoy the moment, and that means a great deal to us. Our final vision was brought to life perfectly: the catering, the music, the atmosphere, the decorations—everything was impeccable. Voor ons huwelijksfeest hebben wij beroep gedaan op BIZZevents. We hebben het ons geen moment beklaagd. Van bij het eerste contact voelden we ons gerust en wisten we dat ons feest in veilige handen was.

Luc en zijn team hebben ervoor gezorgd dat de aanloop naar ons feest goed kon verlopen, desondanks bepaalde conceptwijzigingen die we noodgedwongen moesten doorvoeren. Op het feest zelf hebben we ons ook geen moment zorgen moeten maken, alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Zo konden wij gewoon genieten van het moment, en dat is ons heel veel waard. Onze uiteindelijke visie werd perfect tot leven gebracht, de catering, de muziek, de sfeer, de aankleding, alles was piekfijn in orde. Speciale vermelding voor de flexibiliteit en de gedetailleerde voorbereiding, waardoor elke onvoorziene omstandigheid schijnbaar moeiteloos werd aangepakt.

This year again: Sint-Elooi Honda Motor Europe Logistics in Aalst on December 5, 2025. This time the theme was Bal Masqué. This event was once again a success. Bizzevents has been catering our parties at Honda for years. Our restaurant was beautifully decorated to match the theme. Everything was beautifully decorated. The food was excellent again. Thanks to you, BIZZevents, we were able to experience Remco Evenepoel's World Road Championships in Kigali in an unforgettable way with the R.EV 1703 OFFICIAL FAN CLUB SCHEPDAAL. In just a few days, you transformed the parking lot of café De Rustberg into a vibrant party venue, complete with a 10m x 20m African-style marquee and a giant screen where we could watch the race together. After the finish, Luc himself got behind the disco bar and proved he's still got what it takes. What a way to end the day!

Dankzij jullie, BIZZevents, konden we met de R.EV 1703 OFFICIAL FANCLUB SCHEPDAAL het WK op de weg van Remco Evenepoel in Kigali op een onvergetelijke manier beleven. Op amper enkele dagen tijd toverden jullie de parking van café De Rustberg om tot een bruisende feestlocatie, compleet met een 10m x 20m feesttent in Afrikaanse stijl en een reuzenscherm waarop we samen de koers volgen.Na de finish kroop Luc zélf nog achter de discobar, en bewees dat hij het nog steeds in zich heeft. Wat een afsluiter!

BIZZevents, bedankt voor jullie flexibiliteit, creativiteit en tomeloze inzet. Dankzij jullie werd dit een dag om nooit te vergeten.

25 years of marriage 13/09/2025

Thank you all for making our 25th wedding anniversary an incredibly beautiful day.
The weather wasn't great, but it was heartwarming to see how much effort you put into making this holiday possible for us.
Everything was perfectly organized, down to the last detail, so we could enjoy ourselves carefree. What an unforgettable day you made possible for us and our guests on September 13, 2025. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our 25th wedding anniversary a celebration we will cherish forever.
From our visit to the clothing boutiques, the hairdresser, the perfect welcome on the bus in the morning, the enchanting guided tour on the Scheldt, the excellent service and the perfect lunch, the atmospheric decorations at De Filatuur, the beautifully prepared dinner with so much choice, the wonderful music during dinner and in the piano bar, the photographer and the photo booth, the DJ who patiently played until the last dancer went home, to the smooth organization and support – everything went smoothly and felt completely tailored to our wishes.
Thanks to everyone behind the scenes: planners, technicians, caterers, waitstaff, and skippers... Your enthusiasm and dedication ensured we didn't have to worry about a thing that day and were able to fully enjoy every moment with family and friends. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, and all the feedback we received was very positive.

Bedankt allemaal om van onze 25e huwelijksverjaardag een ongelofelijke mooie dag te maken. 
Het weer zat niet echt mee, maar het was hartverwarmend te zien hoeveel moeite jullie gedaan hebben om deze feestdag voor ons mogelijk te maken. 
Alles was tot in de kleinste puntjes goed georganiseerd zodat wij zorgeloos konden genieten. Wat een onvergetelijke dag hebben jullie voor ons en onze gasten mogelijk gemaakt op 13 september 2025. Jullie professionaliteit, warmte en oog voor detail maakten van onze 25e huwelijksverjaardag een feest dat we voor altijd zullen koesteren.  
Van ons bezoek aan de kledingboetieken, de kapper, het perfecte onthaal ’s morgens aan de bus, de betoverende tocht op de Schelde met gids, de uitstekende bediening en de perfecte lunch, de sfeervolle aankleding in De Filatuur, het prachtig verzorgde dinner met heel veel keuze, de prachtige muziek tijdens het dinner en in de pianobar, de fotograaf en de photobox, de DJ die geduldig speelde tot de laatste danser naar huis ging, over de vlotte organisatie en ondersteuning - alles liep gesmeerd en voelde volledig op onze wensen afgestemd. 
Dank aan iedereen achter de schermen: planners, technici, catering, bediening en schippers... Jullie enthousiasme en inzet zorgden ervoor dat we ons die dag nergens zorgen over hoefden te maken en volop van elk moment konden genieten, samen met familie en vrienden. Iedereen heeft er volop van genoten en alle feedback die we kregen, was heel positief. 
We zijn jullie enorm dankbaar voor deze prachtige herinneringen. Heel erg bedankt voor alles.

We planned our wedding party at our home in Dilbeek via BIZZevents. Our choice for BIZZevents was made based on the excellent reviews and our experience at events organized by them, which we attended in the past years. Given their location in Lennik, we could also keep it local that way.

It is with great pleasure that we can further confirm all these positive notes. Luc was our main contact person and made true what is described on their website: starting from a blank sheet and organizing a carefree party.

The organization started months in advance and was very concrete from the beginning, from decoration to catering and the spatial organization in our home. Luc is clearly someone with experience who knows his world. Inevitable setbacks were dealt with in a very short time with elegant and equal solutions.

It wasn't until the day before the event that we really realized what Luc can do. As the Elon Musk of event planning, Luc is not only involved in the organization, but also personally helps out on the work floor, such as hanging lights and decorating our location down to the smallest detail. What sets him apart from Elon Musk is that Luc is very accessible and friendly, and no question is too much for him.

In short, a personal approach and a carefree party is what was promised, and what was also delivered. We could not have imagined our wedding party better than the party that BIZZevents organized for us.

This way we will have lifelong positive memories of one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Priceless!

Pas op de dag vóór het event beseften we werkelijk wat Luc allemaal voor elkaar krijgt. Als de Elon Musk van de eventplanning is Luc niet alleen bezig met de organisatie, maar helpt hij ook persoonlijk mee op de werkvloer, zoals met het ophangen van lampen en het tot in de kleinste details aankleden van onze locatie. Wat hem onderscheidt van Elon Musk, is dat Luc zeer bereikbaar en vriendelijk is, en geen enkele vraag hem te veel is.

Kortom, een persoonlijke aanpak en een zorgeloos feest is wat beloofd werd, en wat ook geleverd werd. Wij hadden ons huwelijksfeest niet beter kunnen voorstellen dan het feest dat BIZZevents voor ons heeft georganiseerd.

Zo houden we levenslange positieve herinneringen over aan een van de mooiste dagen van ons leven. Onbetaalbaar!

An adventure of a lifetime was onze slagzin maar deze zin kunnen we gebruiken om te zeggen hoe geweldig we ons trouwfeest vonden! Van begin tot einde werd alles tot in de kleinste details bekeken en uitgevoerd zoals we dit voor ogen hadden. We konden onze zorgen aan de kant zetten want BIZZevents stond dag en nacht voor ons klaar. Van ceremonie tot dansfeest werd alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We got married on 3/9/'22 and lived here for 11 months together with the Bizz team.

They made a complete script for us with all the wishes about how we saw our wedding party. It was executed perfectly as we envisioned. We could not have wished for a better wedding party. Wij wouden voor ons huwelijksfeest een echt tuinfeest organiseren in stijl Bohemian, maar wouden het iets professioneler aanpakken en zijn daarom bij Bizz events terechtgekomen.
Zij maakten voor ons een volledig draaiboek met alle wensen hoe wij ons huwelijksfeest zagen. Het werd perfect uitgevoerd zoals we voor ogen hadden. Wij konden ons geen beter huwelijksfeest wensen. At 2 am it was still partying in our garden (which they had transformed into a hip Ibiza style club resto/bar) but a few hours later everything was cleaned up (really!) as if no party had taken place.
It was a very pleasant collaboration for us with the whole team

This year, we once again called on BIZZevents with our law firm to organize our annual summer barbecue. This time it was a more festive edition as our office celebrated its 40th anniversary. Luc thanks for the great organization of our wedding party. It started as a dream and that day became a reality in the form of our party. We started from an empty church square and you helped us put all the puzzle pieces together. Luc merci voor de super organisatie van ons trouwfeest. Het begon als een droom en die dag werd werkelijkheid in de vorm van ons feest. We begonnen van een leeg kerkplein en je hielp ons alle puzzelstukken bij elkaar te brengen. Goede planning, perfect verloop zoals afgesproken, concept uitgewerkt zoals gevraagd, alles stond op tijd klaar en zondag om 10u was alles al opgeruimd. Perfecte samenwerking met catering van Finesse, heel tof en serieus goed personeel. We hadden 200 feestvierders en iedereen was SUPER content van alles. En echt waar, wij hebben tijdens onze feest voor niets moeten zorgen, alles verliep vlekkeloos dankzij jullie. Dikke merci aan je personeel,,,het zijn TOPPERTJES !Ook met de wissel om 21u van het eten naar het dansfeest hebben jullie onzichtbaar voor ons, alles laten aansluiten. De deejay Guido heeft het feest compleet gemaakt.
Tips ,, de toiletwagen kon beter ondanks de prijs(maar jullie hebben er ook aandacht aan besteed , dus eerder naar de firma zelf opmerken) ,,, en stel je toekomstige tentvierders voor om de tent te laten zetten door betaalde hulp want hier zijn toch 4 jongens in totaal 10u aan bezig geweest,,,maar het was wel plezant werk :-)

Everything was taken care of down to the last detail from start to finish ... We ourselves were very satisfied, but our guests even more. We still get compliments every day about the super party, the delicious food, the service, the decoration, ... and that makes us very happy.

Caterer Elton; It is a pity that we have not been able to taste the snacks ourselves because they were apparently very tasty ... The rest of the menu; tasty, refined, more than sufficient, ... TTop dude and ditto team.

DJ Guido; What an ambiance! Feels the audience perfectly and a true faithful DJ. With his texts and encouragements in between, he filled the dance floor until 6 in the morning. After the party we got some cool compilation videos from him, which makes his service more than complete. Super nice guy!

The service; "I have never seen anyone pour out a blonde Affligem with more love than tonight" was just one of the many compliments we received from the guys in the room and behind the bar. We don't all know them by name but if we have to pick out some that made our party perfect ... Ruben; very professional, sympathetic, helpful, ... Sara; had it perfectly in hand, very solution-oriented, ... Bjorn; flamboyant, enthusiastic, born entertainer, ... Everyone greatly appreciated the casual, friendly way of serving and that was exactly how we hoped it would be ..

We will probably forget a number of people, but feel free to let all your partners and team members know that we are extremely satisfied with our cooperation and that we will certainly continue to tell!

Wij werkten samen met Bizz Events voor ons trouwfeest in Great Gatsby thema en zijn ENORM tevreden over de hele lijn :-)

Van begin tot eind was alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd... Wij zelf waren zeer tevreden maar onze gasten nog meer. We krijgen nog elke dag complimenten over het superfeest, het lekkere eten, de bediening, de aankleding,... en dat maakt ons uiteraard zeer gelukkig.

Luc en Ann; niets dan mooie woorden en verbijsterde blikken gekregen door de aankleding van de zaal, de verlichting, de sfeer,... Grote klasse. Alles na het feest was dan ook piekfijn opgekuist tot de laatste sigarettenpeuk in de tuin... Respect.

Traiteur Elton; Jammer dat we zelf niet meer van de hapjes kunnen proeven heb want die waren naar het schijnt al heel lekker... De rest van de menu; smakelijk, verfijnd, meer dan voldoende,... TTopkerel en dito equipe.

DJ Guido; Wat een ambiance! Voelt het publiek perfect aan en een rasechte trouwDJ. Met zijn tekstjes en aanmoedigingen tussendoor kreeg hij de dansvloer tot 6u sochtends vol. We hebben van hem na het feest nog een aantal toffe compilatiefilmpjes gekregen wat zijn service dus meer dan volledig maakt. Supersympathieke gast!

De bediening; 'Ik heb nog nooit iemand met meer liefde een blonde Affligem zien uitgieten als vanavond' was slechts 1 van de vele complimenten die we kregen op de jongens in de zaal en achter de bar. We kennen ze niet allemaal bij naam maar als we er enkele moet uitpikken die ons feest perfect gemaakt hebben... Ruben; zeer professioneel, sympathiek, behulpzaam,... Sara; had het perfect in handen, heel oplossingsgericht,... Bjorn; flamboyant, enthousiast, geboren entertainer,... Iedereen heeft de losse, vriendschappelijke manier van bedienen enorm geapprecieerd en dat was exact hoe we het gehoopt hadden..

We vergeten waarschijnlijk nog een aantal mensen maar geef gerust door aan al jullie partners en teamleden dat we uitermate tevreden zijn van onze samenwerking en dat we het zeker zullen voort vertellen!

Our son's communion was completely organized by BIZZevents.
They took care of everything, tents, tables, chairs, decoration, drinks, food, staff, etc ...
Everything was in perfect order down to the smallest details.
BIZZevents allowed us to enjoy the party to the maximum.
The day after there was nothing more to notice about the party as they cleaned everything up perfectly.

Members' party Volley Schepdaal - 28 April 2018

Here is a small summary of a survey among the participants:
The participants of the members' party, which was given a new look by BIZZevents, thought it was a successful edition and it was noticed that everyone was very satisfied with the extensive Italian buffet. The food was not only tasty, but also plenty of choice and enough for everyone.
No less than positive reactions about the operation. Our ladies were delighted with the 'handsome' service. Next year the men want something too :-).
After the buffet a dance was placed. The DJ also received many positive reactions. He brought in the atmosphere and ambiance well. The preparation with Luc also left smooth and professional.
We are already looking forward to the next edition with BIZZevents !!

One small negative point perhaps that was cited by a few is that the table decoration was rather sober (tea light in a jar).
The food surpluses should be left by the caterer in the fridge when he leaves. Now everything has remained in the kitchen, in the heat, so many of these goodies had to be thrown away, which was a shame !!

Hierbij een kleine samenvatting van een rondvraag onder de deelnemers:
De deelnemers aan het ledenfeest, welke in een nieuw jasje werd gestoken door BIZZevents, vonden het een geslaagde editie waarbij opviel dat iedereen zeer tevreden was over het uitgebreid Italiaans buffet. Het eten was niet alleen lekker, maar zeker ook voldoende keuze en voldoende voor iedereen.
Ook over de bediening niet anders dan positieve reacties. Onze dames waren in de wolken van de 'knappe' bediening. Volgend jaar willen de mannen ook wat :-).
Na het buffet werd er een dansje geplaceerd. De DJ kreeg ook tal van positieve reacties. Hij bracht er goed de sfeer en ambiance in. Ook de voorbereiding met Luc verliet vlot en professioneel.
We kijken alvast uit naar een volgende editie met BIZZevents!!

Eén klein negatief puntje misschien dat een paar werd aangehaald is dat de tafelversiering eerder sober was (theelichtje in een bokaal).
De overschotten van het eten zouden door de traiteur best achtergelaten worden in de frigo bij zijn vertrek. Nu is alles in de keuken blijven staan, in de warmte dus, waardoor veel van dit lekkers diende weggegooid te worden, wat wel spijtig was!!

BIZZEVENTS lives up to its slogan

For the organization of our wedding parties (we had two parties) we worked together with Bizzevents. We look back on an excellent experience. Bizzevents creates a tailor-made event, in consultation with the customer and indeed does everything it can to let the customer party without worries.

We met several times in advance. During these meetings, people mainly listen, ideas are tested and further expectations are examined. Initially we were not very convinced about a first proposal. This was adjusted without any problem until it met our expectations. Although there was some uncertainty on our part in the weeks before our wedding party about the employability and feasibility of the whole - the communication was not always happy - everything went more than satisfactorily.

Luc and Ann's address book is impressive. We wanted one of the parties to take place in Asian style. They managed to find the right sets. For example, a betsjak (Indonesian taxi bike) was integrated into the party. Eventually the rings were delivered to the church by pedestrian bicycle, which was certainly appreciated by us and our guests.

Where the tent and the floor could be a bit better at our first party (which was due to the type of tents, and not the BizzEvents), Luc and Ann managed to cover up the imperfections with the necessary expertise. The tent at the second party was fantastic, however, and here they used their experience optimally to accentuate its beauty through quirky skills (professional lighting appropriate, not exaggerated, lanterns, cranes, buddha references, etc.).

Photographer Peter and caterer Elton also exceeded expectations.
With regard to the caterer (Elton De Clercq) in particular, we had some uncertainties in advance whether our expectations (entirely Asian buffet) would be fulfilled. But the organizers remained convinced of their recommendation, and we must indeed admit that we could not have imagined a better choice. All words of praise fail to describe the services of Elton and his team. Excellent choice.

The preparation in the days before the start of our parties went smoothly. Although one of the tent suppliers threatened to throw a spanner in the works at one point, Luc has solved this professionally. He does not shy away from rolling up his sleeves, dragging sofas and planks himself, for hours on end, without losing his infectious positivism. Also during the event itself, BizzEvents more than proved its added value. Through a hands-on approach, all possible problems were solved without us noticing. The staff remained extremely professional and cordial. The price-quality ratio is excellent; Luc, Ann and the whole team are super friendly, always professional and hard workers. In short, a must for everyone!

Voor de organisatie van onze trouwfeesten (we hadden twee feesten) hebben wij met Bizzevents samengewerkt. Wij kijken terug op een uistekende ervaring. Bizzevents maakt een event op maat, in samenspraak met de klant en doet er inderdaad alles aan om de klant te laten feesten zonder zorgen.

Voldoende op voorhand zijn we verschillende keren samen gekomen. Tijdens deze ontmoetingen wordt er vooral geluisterd, ideeën afgetoetst, en naar verdere verwachtingen gepolst. We waren aanvankelijk niet erg overtuigd over een eerste voorstel. Dit werd zonder enig probleem aangepast tot het aan onze verwachtingen voldeed. Hoewel er van onze kant uit in de weken voor ons trouwfeest wat onzekerheid was over de inzetbaarheid en haalbaarheid van het geheel - de communicatie was niet altijd even gelukkig- is alles meer dan naar wens verlopen.

Luc en Anns adressenboek is impressionant. Wij wilden graag één van de feesten in Aziatische stijl laten verlopen. Ze slaagden erin om de juiste decors bij elkaar te zoeken. Zo werd er bijvoorbeeld een betsjak (Indonesische taxifiets) in het feest geïntegreerd. Uiteindelijk werden de ringen in de kerk via de stapfiets aangeleverd, wat zeker gesmaakt werd door ons en onze gasten.

Daar waar de tent en de vloer op ons eerste feest wel wat beter konden (wat aan de soort tenten lag, en niet aan BizzEvents), sloegen Luc en Ann erin om met de nodige vakkennis de onvolmaaktheden te verdoezelen. De tent op het tweede feest was echter fantastisch, en hier gebruikten zij hun ervaring optimaal om via spitsvondigheden de schoonheid ervan te accentueren (professionele belichting juist passend, niet overdreven, lampions, kraanvogels, buddha-referenties, etc.).

Ook fotograaf Peter en cateraar Elton overtroffen de verwachtingen.
We hadden met name met betrekking tot de cateraar (Elton De Clercq) op voorhand wat onzekerheden of onze verwachting (geheel Aziatisch buffet) zou worden ingelost. Maar de organisatoren bleven overtuigd van hun aanbeveling, en we moeten inderdaad erkennen dat we ons geen betere keuze hadden kunnen voorstellen. Alle lovende woorden schieten tekort om de diensten van Elton en zijn team te omschrijven. Uitmuntende keuze.

De voorbereiding in de dagen voor aanvang van onze feesten verliep vlekkeloos. Hoewel één van de tentenleveranciers op een bepaald moment dreigde roet in het eten te gooien, heeft Luc dit vakkundig opgelost. Hij deinst er niet voor terug om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken, met banken en planken te sleuren, en dit uren aan een stuk, zonder er zijn aanstekelijk positivisme bij te verliezen. Ook tijdens het event zelf heeft BizzEvents zijn meerwaarde meer dan bewezen. Via een hands-on aanpak werden alle mogelijke problemen opgelost zonder dat wij hier iets van merkten. Het personeel bleef uiterst professioneel en hartelijk. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend; Luc, Ann en het ganse team zijn supervriendelijk, altijd professioneel en harde werkers. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen!

Wedding party

We have entrusted Bizz Events with the organization of our wedding party. It was a party that took place in the garden of the family so we could let ourselves go. They have listened very carefully to our ideas and have also come up with nice ideas in the same theme. In the end, our wedding day went the way we dreamed it! Despite the fact that some things went wrong that day (wrong delivery of chairs, too little water due to the hot weather, ...) we did not notice anything! They have always handled this very professionally and we have not had to worry at all.

Wij hebben Bizz Events de organisatie van ons trouwfeest toevertrouwd. Het was een feest dat zich plaats vond in de tuin van familie dus we konden ons helemaal laten gaan. Ze hebben heel goed geluisterd naar onze ideeën en zijn zelf ook met leuke ideeën in hetzelfde thema voor de boeg gekomen. Uiteindelijk is onze trouwdag verlopen hoe we het gedroomd hadden! Ondanks dat er enkele dingen zijn misgelopen die dag (verkeerde levering van stoelen, te weinig water door het warme weer, ...) hebben we hiervan NIETS gemerkt! Ze hebben dit steeds heel professioneel aangepakt en we hebben ons geen enkele zorgen moeten maken.
