Professional reception, very flexible, sympathetic and reactive!
We have planned a meeting with lunch here with a group of 100 people. This was a first collaboration with Kloster Heidberg but certainly not the last;
All staff members are very friendly, the follow-up of the file went very smoothly, the commercial team is very reactive. Next time we will definitely book with a stay!

A quality, warm and helpful welcome
We really enjoyed our stay at Kloster Heidberg. For technical questions there was help every time, microphones were troubleshooted quickly and even for adapters to go from laptops to the big screen the staff was extremely knowledgeable. In our question/instruction for the room arrangement we were not clear enough and early in the morning the staff did everything they could to accommodate our request which was really great. The only downside might be the room acoustics, but there are microphones for that. Not every speaker likes to use a microphone, but that's how it is.
