Just received 180 guests at BluePoint Antwerp for half a day. Good guidance from BluePoint to organize the event, excellent support during the event and the necessary flexibility to postpone the coffee break and network reception at the time itself due to speakers who finished too quickly or too late. And very tasty snacks. A very successful event thanks to the good functioning of BluePoint.
We chose Bluepoint as the location for a major customer event. We look back on a very professional and very correct cooperation. Given the unusual setting that was required for this event, a good briefing, regular state of affairs, correct budget agreements and smooth communication with the Sales Coordinator ensured a wonderful and successful event! We would love to come back to Bluepoint!
Google Cloud NEXT Benelux, November 2022
As 2Bcome Events, we were allowed to organize a 3-day event in Antwerp last week for Google Cloud Next Benelux 2022. We chose Bluepoint because of the large number of rooms Bluepoint has and the ideal location.
We started without an extra construction day, so a construction at night with lots of decor and beautiful trees from Faek & Classic Design & technique from Blue Moon, also all 3 top companies J. When we arrived, the Bluepoint team had all the 'hardware' for the catering bars/buffets/furniture are already in the right places, so that we were ready in time for the reception of the guests. That was fantastic and we created 3 beautiful event days together. Partly thanks to the flexible, professional and transparent attitude of the Bluepoint team, everything was ready on time, the Food & Beverage was perfect and everyone was 'engard' during the event days to offer solutions and where necessary to participate in the intensive program. A really good team with an eye for every detail. We have experienced it as a super nice collaboration and the result is impressive! Thank you especially Julie Mirzabekian! & Abel, Eline, Liesbeth, Laure & Danny ! Thank you ! Hopefully see you next time!
Wedding party November 19, 2022
On November 19, 22 we celebrated our wedding (130p) in the rooms of Bluepoint and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room (lighting, seating arrangement and heating, facilities) and above all the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The restoration (dinner and evening party) was exquisite and the service prompt and flawless. Danny and Liesbeth managed everything well into the early hours. We had of course already made our choice based on the excellent location, parking options and beautiful rooms. The excellent coordination by Jona Van Noten has given everything even more shine. All guests of the party give only positive feedback. Thank you for making this party a success.
