The Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue is a hidden gem, in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town on St Mary’s Street, just off the Royal Mile. The venue provides a range of flexible meeting, training and conference spaces. There are 16 rooms that cater for different group sizes and different meeting styles. Every room can be set up in the layout that best meets your requirements including cabaret, boardroom, U-shape (horseshoe), theatre, exam and much more. All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and are fitted with air conditioning, perfect for the summer months and equally effective at keeping you warm in the colder ones! Depending on the room and the seating plan, you can accommodate up to 200 delegates at once. If food is on your agenda, the organisation can provide you with the best buffet, express restaurant menu and home baking for your conference, all freshly prepared on-site each day. Most importantly, you will have the support of a dedicated, on-site team throughout your event to offer a personal meet and greet for your delegates, immediate technical support and anything else you need.
