1111 Studewood Place

1111 Studewood Place is an exclusive venue with both an indoor & outdoor space. The indoor area can comfortably hold up to 80 seated guests, and for certain events, up to 140 guests. Its outdoor space has a spectacular view of downtown Houston. 1111 is conveniently located 1.1 miles from I-10. When booking 1111, you can benefit from a lot of amenities. For each event hosted at 1111, complimentary valet parking is included in the booking fee. Your guests will be able to pull up right at the entrance and everything is taken care of. There is a 70-inch television mounted right above the bar as well as a built-in projector system that is perfect for slideshows or presentations. With a built-in audio system throughout the indoor area, your multimedia needs will be met. A complete bar system including 2 wine refrigerators, a large reach-in drink chiller, and a beer kegerator system is also available with bartender(s), cups, straws, and mixers included in the bar packages. There are multiple options for catering at 1111. You can make use of their in-house catering. Additionally, there is a fabulous Tex-Mex restaurant in the building called The Studewood Cantine. These are all great options as the food is prepared fresh on-site. You are also welcome to use the services of any licensed caterer or restaurant of your choice.
