1. EVENTS

Looking for a spectacular location for your staff party, wedding, team building, product launch or other event? Look no further, Plein Publiek has exactly what you need! From small gatherings to large custom events, we ensure that your event is worked out down to the last detail in our two fully equipped rooms.

The Greenhouse : Our iconic greenhouse, completely transparent and surrounded by greenery, is the heart of our location. Suitable for all types of custom events from 150 to a maximum of 600 people. Need more space? Then you can rent our Whitebox: the perfect extra space for presentations or activations for up to 150 people.

Fun fact: We are the only location in Belgium to offer a 360° projection around the Greenhouse.

Your branding or visuals literally jump off the walls. Talk about that little bit extra!

The Rooftopbar: For more intimate occasions between 30 and 150 guests, our partially covered rooftop is ideal. Views of the water and summer vibes all year round! Our rooftop will put you in an instant holiday mood for four seasons.

2. WORK

Whether you are planning a brainstorming session, organizing a team meeting or working on a long-term project, our circular meeting rooms offer a calm, inspiring setting to escape the hustle and bustle of the office. Our meeting rooms are a collaboration with The Impact Hub Antwerp, a world-leading network committed to sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship.

Good to know: Our tailor-made food and lunch formulas provide the necessary brain food for every small or large hunger.

3. FOOD & DRINKS

Did someone say catering? Absolutely! Together with our regular catering partners, we will create a customized proposal that is tailored to your wishes and type of event. From fine dining to street food, from worldly flavors to local classics, we've got you! If you would rather receive some inspiration, we will gladly provide you with our catering brochures. In them you will find a selection of formulas and concepts that have already proven their success!

In addition, we offer a very extensive range of customized drinks. Soft drinks, homemade iced teas, wines, strong beers and cocktails in your company colors, we can arrange it all for you!

4. LEISURE

Book one of the six padel courts of The BOX Padel for a sporty break during your day, your event or team building. These courts are fully autonomous, always accessible and there are no queues or check-ins required! We also offer the possibility to fully customize your event with workshops, team building activities and other activities of your choice.

Zei daar iemand catering? Absoluut! Samen met onze vaste cateringpartners stellen we een voorstel op maat samen dat afgestemd is op jouw wensen en type event. Van fine dining tot streetfood, van wereldse smaken tot lokale klassiekers, we’ve got you! Indien je liever wat inspiratie ontvangt, bezorgen wij je graag onze cateringbrochures. Daarin vind je een selectie van formules en concepten die hun succes al bewezen hebben!

Daarnaast bieden wij een zeer uitgebreid drankaanbod op maat. Frisdranken, homemade iced-teas, wijnen, zware bieren en cocktails in de kleuren van je bedrijf, we kunnen het allemaal voor je regelen!
