The Foyer is a room located on the first floor of the NTGent building.
With the terrace overlooking Sint-Baafsplein, your event will be a success.
With NTGent we want to make sure that your event can take place in a warm environment. An environment where everyone is welcome, can enjoy themselves, but above all can be themselves. We want to give everyone a good experience and therefore also focus on accessibility.
The Foyer is ideal for weddings, receptions, all kinds of performances, parties and much more.
A maximum of 95 dB applies to all activities.
The rental price :
First 3 hours €350.00 incl. VAT, €85 incl. VAT per subsequent hour.
The daily price (8 hours): €750 incl. VAT

Extras :
- use of screen + projector - first 3 hours €125.00 incl. VAT, per additional hour €25 incl. VAT
- Laptops connection via HDMI cable or USB-C. The pointer and slider connection via USB
- Drinks are mandatory (see drink packages)
- catering: you are free to choose a caterer. We have three house caterers present. If you choose an external caterer, 15% of the "Food" part will be charged. This with a minimum cost of €250 incl. VAT for the use of the kitchen.
Capacity
The Foyer has a total surface area of 110 m².
When the weather is good, you can also use the terrace, which has room for 60 standing people.
The following configurations are possible:
- seated dinner: PAX 80
- reception/ walking dinner: PAX 150
- school layout: PAX 40-50
- theatre: PAX 100
If possible, the landing can also be used, which has room for 80 standing people.
