Pavilion360

Pavilion360 is an Indianapolis-based event production company supporting organisers with planning, creative development and on-site delivery. Its team works on corporate conferences, fundraising galas, wedding receptions, concerts, festivals and other gatherings, helping clients shape the event and coordinate the practical details behind it.

Planning services include developing concepts, building schedules, tracking budgets, managing suppliers and coordinating the event on the day. Organisers can seek support for selected parts of the process or request broader planning assistance, including venue sourcing and event-day coordination. The company also lists post-event reporting as part of its management services.

Technical production is another major part of the offering. Pavilion360 provides sound systems, projection and LED video walls, camera production, stage and architectural lighting, live streaming, recording and technical crews. Its team can assess a venue, plan an appropriate setup, install and test equipment, and operate systems during the event.

The rental inventory covers event furniture, seating, tables, staging, lighting, audiovisual equipment, video, pipe and drape, flooring, trussing, bars and crowd-control items. Organisers can request equipment for weddings, corporate functions, galas, trade shows, concerts and outdoor events. The company also manages a selection of Indianapolis venues and offers help finding other local or regional spaces. This combination of planning, production, equipment and venue coordination gives organisers a single supplier to discuss the requirements of an event, from early preparation through the live programme.
