Part of the family
After our Vandersanden Experience in 2018, To The Point Events became a permanent partner for events, both for customers and for our own employees. This year we once again created an 'experience' to say to you. How we enjoyed. The event was given a golden edge, but these people are also worth gold! A pleasant collaboration, with short communication lines, full of confidence, where no question is too much and no challenge is too great. We can also count on their expertise, tireless energy and determination for our other events. A top team that is part of our 'family' and that will be of great use to us in the future. With a special thanks to Reinhilde Degros and Bart Verhaegen.

Great team building
We were looking for someone who could help us with an accessible but fun team building. Through word of mouth we ended up at To The Point Events.
There was only a limited budget, but that didn't bother them. From the first moment they thought along with us so that we still had a nice afternoon.
The games they had developed fully met what we had in mind. On the day itself, Anneleen & her colleague set up the games with great enthusiasm and led them in the right direction. The praise from the colleagues was the icing on the cake for us. A big thank you to Anneleen and the rest of the team. How we enjoyed it!

Memorable staff party
Robin and his team from To The Point Events ensured the flawless organization of our staff party. They enthusiastically participated in our creative process beforehand, the concept was worked out down to the last detail and they provided tons of good options themselves. So we got a tailor-made event that fully met our needs, supplemented with their expertise and experience. Even during busy periods they always found a moment to reconcile, we could always turn to them with doubts for well-founded advice and during the evening itself we only had to occupy ourselves with having fun. It was great to see everything run smoothly and to see the initial ideas come to fruition so beautifully at the party. And not unimportant, it's just one big team of fun, creative and good-natured people who know how to get things done. As far as we are concerned, this is definitely a collaboration worth repeating!

STG showroom event Hasselt
It was again a great collaboration with ttpe and everything went smoothly. Worked with Robin several times. This private B2B event was for 300 people in a showroom that was also open to the general public that same day and the day after. As an organizer you can fully count on them. They have an eye for every detail. In short, our guests and ourselves were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest.

oops! I still need sound and image super urgently for tomorrow!
Last Tuesday afternoon... On Wednesday afternoon I have an event with 85 participants and 3 keynote speakers. One of them asks me: do you have amplified sound and a monitor for tomorrow, otherwise it will be difficult. oops, didn't think of that. What now? Through my Voka colleague I came across To The Point Events. Despite the hectic pace with them (after corona crowds), a few hours later I had everything I wanted: sound and technology, and a technician who would be present for the entire duration of the event. Great service! And a good and sympathetic follow-up. I like it!😋

Carglass Connect - virtual event on March 31, 2021
Because of the current Corona measures, we recently opted to organize a virtual event 'Carglass® Connect' with which, in these bizarre times, we wanted to connect with our colleagues and inspire them to make a difference together. Thanks to the great collaboration with To The Point Events, we have managed to organize this event in a relatively short period of time. The reactions of our employees were already full of praise.
A big compliment to To The Point Events for their professionalism, their customer focus and flexibility and thank you for initiating us into the digital world.

Deloitte Virtual Human Capital Masterclass
We have had a very pleasant and professional collaboration with To The Point Events. In the run-up to our event, we had several meetings to clarify all technical and content-related aspects in detail. Our regular contact person was always available and offered a quick response for all questions that we asked by e-mail in the meantime. During the event there was a numerous and capable technical crew and 1 lead coordinator, Robin, who did a full dry run with us and put the speakers at ease. Despite the fact that we requested many smaller last-minute changes on the day of the event, the crew always managed to maintain their calm and professionalism. We had a real partner at TTPE who thought along with us about the event and offered high-quality solutions. We do not hesitate for a second to contact them again for such events in the future. Moreover, a team with humor that knows how to keep the fun in!

A hit
For our annual BouwForum we collaborated with To The Point Events for the third time and this time too it turned out to be a bull's eye. New this year is that we had to keep our BouwForum in a digital context as a result of corona. And yet we attracted visitors virtually as during a live event. This was partly due to To The Point Events' professional and creative way of working. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make our event a success.

Launch campaign Visit Hasselt - Meet in Hasselt
We teamed up with To The Point Events for the launch show of our new Hasselt campaign. Working with Robin was pleasant and professional. He was involved in our project, contributed ideas and made suggestions that we did not think about. Thanks to that good cooperation, the show at the Corda Theater was exactly what we expected.

Fantastic cocktail / mocktail evening !!
In difficult and busy corona times, we wanted to thank our employees for their tremendous commitment over the past year. Together with To The Point Events (TTPE) we organized a cocktail / mocktail evening. The support from TTPE has been fantastic. All work was taken off our hands. We received the tribe boxes on time at the home address and only had to log in to our zoom to have a very nice get-together under the guidance of a professional cocktail shaker. Thank you TTPE for the great service, the extensive range, the flexibility and the very smooth communication !!! About 100 employees were very enthusiastic here!

Online launch event Campus MAX Tessenderlo
We decided to work with TTPE. Their preparatory offer was more than just a few numbers, they also immediately provided a part of their commitment. Working with Robin never felt like working, but it did feel like achieving something together. He kept a close eye on the fact that we could maintain our individuality, but also ensured that we could deliver a beautiful and professional event.
Thanks to Corona we got to know TTPE, who would have ever thought that!
