Parochiezalen Holsbeek vzw

Parochiecentrum Kloosterhof is a venue for hire in Sint-Pieters-Rode, close to the church and a short distance from Kasteel van Horst. The venue is suitable for family celebrations, meetings, talks and gatherings organised by associations and organisations. Depending on the layout and rooms chosen, it can accommodate groups of over 100 people.
On the ground floor, there is a 115 m² function room and a separate 35 m² meeting room. Together, they make up a ground-floor space of 150 m². The function room has a bar, fridges and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a gas cooker, a large and a small oven, a deep fryer and a dishwasher. Kitchen equipment is available for groups of over 100 people, allowing organisers to choose the kitchen arrangement that best suits their gathering.
There are also facilities upstairs: a classroom with a small kitchenette and a separate meeting room. Outside, there is a terrace and a play area with a pétanque court. It is possible to set up a bouncy castle. Around 15 cars can park at the building, with additional parking available by the church and along the street. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The different rooms can be hired individually or together. This makes Kloosterhof suitable for both smaller meetings and larger family occasions. Bookings are handled by the person in charge of the venue. Organisers can check availability in the diary in advance and enquire about the hire option that suits them and the practical arrangements.
