The Newnan Centre

The Newnan Centre is a flexible event venue in Newnan, Georgia, welcoming organisers of conferences, business meetings, weddings, banquets, fundraisers and social celebrations. Its spaces can accommodate events ranging from small gatherings to large functions, with layouts and room combinations suited to different guest numbers and formats.

The McIntosh Ballroom is the largest space, with more than 6,000 square feet and the option to divide it into smaller sections. It can be arranged for banquets, classroom-style sessions or theatre seating. Additional rooms provide space for breakout sessions, training, board meetings and workshops. For smaller groups, there is a dedicated boardroom, while the pavilion and outdoor gazebo offer further options for receptions and gatherings outside the main rooms. Wedding facilities include separate rooms for the couple to prepare.

Organisers can consider the venue for conferences, seminars, corporate meetings, shareholder gatherings, birthday parties, holiday celebrations and wedding receptions. The Centre publishes room dimensions and example capacities for different configurations, helping planners compare spaces when developing a layout. Catering is arranged through the venue's approved caterers, with a selection of providers offering options such as plated meals and buffets. The Centre also manages alcohol service, so organisers should confirm food and beverage arrangements as part of their booking.

Owned by the City of Newnan and operated by the Newnan Convention Center Authority, the venue offers a dedicated place for event organisers to bring guests together. Its mix of a large divisible ballroom, smaller meeting rooms and outdoor areas makes it suitable for both business programmes and personal celebrations.
