In the heart of Rochefort, the Palais des congrès offers organisers a range of spaces for professional and private events. The facilities include two reception rooms, an auditorium, a conference room and meeting rooms of different sizes. This variety makes it possible to choose a setting suited to anything from a working day to a reception or an event open to the public.
The Colbert room, covering 316 m², has a modular stage, a sound system, a screen with a laser projector, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. The more intimate La Fayette room has a bar and can accommodate guests seated or standing. These spaces are suitable for general meetings, gala dinners, festive meals, trade fairs, exhibitions and weddings.
For conferences, the auditorium is equipped with a large screen, an LED video wall, a sound system and a wifi connection. The Pierre Loti room can be arranged in different layouts, including a U-shape. The meeting rooms accommodate smaller groups and, depending on the space, may have a projector, a screen or video conferencing equipment.
The spaces can be hired by reservation. Organisers can check availability and submit a preliminary booking online, then liaise with the management team to discuss their requirements. Located on rue Toufaire, the venue is served by bus and has a pay-and-display car park nearby.
