Wingspan Event and Conference Center

Wingspan Event and Conference Center is a flexible venue for organisers planning trade shows, conferences, meetings, product launches, fundraisers and other large gatherings in Hillsboro, Oregon. Its indoor spaces include a 39,250-square-foot exhibition hall, which can be divided into two areas, and a 10,225-square-foot conference room that can be split into up to four sections. The conference room can also connect directly with the expo hall, giving organisers options for combining sessions, exhibits and networking areas.

For smaller groups, three meeting rooms offer spaces for workshops, training sessions and breakouts. The rooms include presentation technology, Wi-Fi and technical support, while tables and chairs are available as part of the venue hire. The exhibition hall is designed to accommodate trade fair layouts and includes loading facilities for event set-up. Organisers can also make use of a commercial kitchen and concessions, with food and drink provided through approved catering contractors.

Wingspan is part of Westside Commons, a wider events campus with outdoor areas available for suitable gatherings. The venue team can assist organisers from early planning through to event day, and the site provides planning information, layouts and pricing resources to support enquiries. With a mix of large-format exhibition space, divisible conference rooms and smaller meeting facilities, Wingspan can suit events with different formats and attendance needs, from focused business meetings to public shows and regional conventions.
