Team TTPE is looking for a Junior Project Manager (at least 3 years of relevant B2B experience) to create the most beautiful events in co-creation with our clients. To The Point Events has been an established name for 19 years with an excellent reputation in larger, customized events: corporate events, family days, staff parties, product launches, digital & hybrid events, trade fairs, conferences, MICE events, team-building events, incentives, and more, all for the best clients.
Job description:
- Briefings with customers and translating these into an internal briefing?
- Creating stunning presentations to convince clients to do business with us?
- Drawing up and monitoring budgets?
- Flawless preparation & production?
- Want to take events to the next level in co-creation with clients and teams?
Profile
- You have an endless interest in events & entertainment
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the sector
- You're a good listener. You're able to thoroughly analyze the customer's needs and wishes.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility: You go beyond customer expectations.
- You follow the latest trends & innovation is in your DNA.
- You can set the right priorities and plan.
- You are assertive and communicative.
- You are hands-on and can solve problems creatively.
- You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality.
- Language skills: NL/FR/ENG
- Driving license B
