Professional Venue Solutions Limited

pro-ven is a venue-finding service for organisations planning meetings, training sessions, seminars, conferences, product launches, private dinners and exhibitions. Rather than operating a venue itself, the team searches for suitable locations and group accommodation on behalf of event planners, drawing on relationships with independent venues, hotels and larger venue groups across the UK and internationally.

The process starts with the organiser's brief, including the event format, location, guest numbers and other requirements. pro-ven researches suitable options, checks availability and presents recommendations with costs, helping clients compare venues against their needs and budget. Its website says UK enquiries can receive a proposal within eight working hours, with international requests typically taking up to 16 working hours. The team can also negotiate rates and coordinate bookings, giving clients one point of contact while they assess their options.

The service is aimed at both smaller bookings and larger corporate requirements. This can include a single meeting room, accommodation for a group, or venue searches for major conferences, exhibitions and business events. pro-ven also supports organisations with recurring meeting and event needs, using its booking systems to manage information and provide reporting. Its venue-finding service is presented as cost-neutral to clients, with no fee charged for the sourcing assistance.

Based in Tring, Hertfordshire, pro-ven works with event planners seeking venue options beyond their immediate area, including international destinations. Organisers can share their requirements with the team and receive a tailored shortlist to help them select and secure an appropriate venue.
