Chartrexpo is an exhibition centre and event venue in Chartres for organisers of trade fairs, congresses, seminars, product launches, sporting events, shows and business receptions. Its flexible spaces make it possible to create a range of formats, from a meeting or conference to a large gathering of several thousand people.
The site includes the Chichester hall, which covers around 5,252 m² and can accommodate up to 5,000 people in a conference layout or 3,500 for a meal. The Ravenne and Spire rooms provide additional areas of 947 m² and 469 m², suited to conferences, meals, shows and formats that require separate spaces. Dressing rooms, catering facilities, technical equipment and access designed for heavy goods vehicles make it easier to prepare and run events.
Outside, the site has ten hectares of space for setting up temporary structures and event-related facilities. The car parks can accommodate up to 5,000 vehicles. This makes the venue suitable for trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as events that require large-scale installations. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their project and its specific requirements.
Located close to the centre of Chartres, the site is accessible via the A10 and A11, by bus or from Chartres railway station. The city's hotels offer nearby accommodation for exhibitors, speakers and attendees. The variety of spaces, available facilities and options for hosting events indoors and outdoors make it possible to adapt the venue to a wide range of event formats.
