Versatile and beautiful event location
Kinepolis Antwerp offers many possibilities for organizing various types of events. The complex is centrally located in Antwerp, yet easily accessible by car and public transport. A major advantage is the ample, free parking. For our annual kick-off, Kinepolis offered the ideal mix of work and fun. We were able to easily organize the plenary session in a cinema with comfortable seats and good technology. The informal part took place in The Loft, the ideal space for a reception, walking dinner, and a small party afterward. Throughout the entire organizational process and during the event itself, the team was always on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to Nicholas and the rest of the Kinepolis Antwerp event team and partners.

During the event itself, all our needs were met, and it felt good to have technical support available if needed. The venue also met our expectations, and it was great that Kim helped us adapt the size and layout of the room to our groups. The attractive signage and tasteful catering completed the picture and generated positive feedback from the workshop participants.

Before you start, it is important to think about the ideal conference room. That is the key to a successful conference. Did you know that you achieve more results if you organise your conference in an inspiring environment? But how do you get started?
You start with a good plan in which you define your objectives and determine your target group. With a clear goal, you address your target group in a direct way. Then you start thinking about your conference location or conference venue. Of course, it must be big enough to receive everyone. It is also important that your conference location is easily accessible. A central location is the ideal location, or ensure that your guests can easily come to your location by public transport. If you are organising a large event, then guests organising their own transport (and you can approach that in a very original way) is probably a viable option.
