Kinepolis Antwerpen
Versatile and beautiful event location
Kinepolis Antwerp offers many possibilities for organizing various types of events. The complex is centrally located in Antwerp, yet easily accessible by car and public transport. A major advantage is the ample, free parking. For our annual kick-off, Kinepolis offered the ideal mix of work and fun. We were able to easily organize the plenary session in a cinema with comfortable seats and good technology. The informal part took place in The Loft, the ideal space for a reception, walking dinner, and a small party afterward. Throughout the entire organizational process and during the event itself, the team was always on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to Nicholas and the rest of the Kinepolis Antwerp event team and partners.

We've organized many events, but never before have we experienced such support as at Kinepolis Antwerp. It was a true revelation for us: for the first time, we could fully focus on the content of our event, while the organization behind the scenes ran smoothly.
Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is perfectly accessible (just outside the city, near the highway), which was ideal for our guests who came from all over Belgium. The large parking lot and the abundance of dining options on site completed the picture.
The technical facilities and the professional guidance of the team were simply WOW.
