Yesterday I organized a customer event in collaboration with Kinepolis Antwerp, and it went very smoothly!
Everything we were briefed beforehand was perfect. On the day itself, my contact person provided additional (technical) support, which made everything even more professional.
Initially, I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the venue during my site visit. After emailing my concerns, immediate action was taken: the venue was thoroughly renovated and even given a fresh coat of paint. Everything looked perfect.
A special mention for Kaat, who, with her attentive follow-up, ensured that everything was perfect down to the last detail.
