Le Laquais Center offers spaces for hire for meetings, seminars, product presentations and receptions within the grounds of Circuit du Laquais in Champier. The venue hosts both business events and private functions, in a setting defined by its proximity to the motor racing circuit and the views from the terraces.

The Fernand Moulin seminar room offers 200 m² and can be arranged to suit the format required. It can accommodate up to 150 people in a plenary layout, 80 in a classroom layout, 60 in a U-shape or 200 for a banquet or cocktail reception. It has a projector, a sound system with microphone, a coffee area, a cloakroom and access to a panoramic terrace. Parking and Wi-Fi are also listed as facilities for meetings.

A 160 m² reception room is available for meals and social gatherings. It can seat 120 guests and includes a coffee area, a shaded terrace, as well as screens and indoor and outdoor sound systems. Catering can be arranged on request, with options mentioned for breakfasts, lunches and drinks receptions with canapés.

The rooms can be configured to host a working day, a presentation, a team meal or a reception, all in one venue. The spaces can also be used for an exhibition or a more informal meeting format. For event planners, the venue brings together meeting space, technical equipment and catering options, around 40 minutes from Lyon, Grenoble and Valence. Requests for quotes and bookings can be made through the Lequais Center team.
