I am proud of our trade association ACC Belgium and the entire Confederation Events! I am especially grateful that hard work is being done behind the scenes to search for answers, keep trying to get noticed in the hope that we will be seen, knocking on every cabinet door, drawing up and then adjusting the Event Matrix tool and so much more. For weeks on end, we have been trying hard to explain who we are and what we do! The word events is already killing us. You only assume mass events! You and your team and all the other policymakers who don't want to hear or see it, how difficult it can be to pay attention and listen. It's not all about concerts and festivals. We are talking about corporate events, our sector actually has a "name" that means a lot on an international scale: The MICE industry (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions & events), but I fear that this term will only make you more would confuse. We are talking about product launches, family days, staff parties, anniversaries, teambuildings, incentives, fairs, conferences, network events, customer parties, seminars, board meetings, press conferences, ... Dear politicians, we are talking about the events where you, event agencies, annually and certainly 4 years in elections, pitch against each other. Where you write tenders for all kinds of national and international conferences looking for professional event offices to set up that kind of business. To support your election shows. Events from companies where you are invited as a speaker, events where you cut ribbons and proudly support stories about economic progress or examples of entrepreneurship. We look for the appropriate locations, provide technology, scripts, food and drinks, furniture, decoration, hostesses, safety, technology, translators / interpreters, toilet ladies, security, moderators, entertainment, music, DJs, transport, insurance, decoration, flowers, … We direct shows, visualize your PowerPoint, often save certain celebrities from failure last minute, and so on. After your speeches, how often did you receive flowers from a local self-employed person and enjoy that beautiful bouquet at home for days on end? I even bet that some bouquets were passed on to wife or mother with a big smile. Even they have indirectly enjoyed some part of something that we arrange. That is the famous chain, because each 'event' provides employment for at least 8 and an average of 20 suppliers. Anyway, if the term events is misinterpreted, we'll do it differently from now on. We register a wedding or funeral as a demonstration, a team building as a restaurant outing, the staff party is a pop-up summer bar, a product presentation becomes a cultural activity, a staff meeting is a ceremony and an informative conference is a press conference. Cycle meeting - Mölnlycke
First meeting after 1 1/2 years was an immediate hit thanks to the ideas of KonseptS Events.
Teambuilding activity was very original and fun: building a wind kite, completely in our brand colours. Location Watt17 was a gem.

The great cooperation with KonseptS started with the first appointment: they took the time to listen to our expectations, requirements and objectives. This quickly translated into an event concept that showed that they were completely up to date with how we, the customer, saw it. Obviously very professional and worked out in detail, nothing was overlooked (in function of budget, safety, concept ...).
During the preparation of our Rebelparty, the collaboration with the team (and especially with Willem) was always very pleasant: they listened to our input & comments, came up with creative proposals / alternatives, translated them into practice and looked for solutions for the ever-present , unexpected challenges.

I have attended many weddings, but never as beautiful as ours. And not because I was biased as a groom: I also received superlatives from many guests. If people over 70 tell you that they have never had such a fantastic party in their life, then that is saying something. A series of highlights. Our customer, NOF Metal Coatings Europe, with locations in Grobbendonk and Creil (France), focuses on the production and sale of corrosion-resistant coatings, multifunctional coatings, etc. With the Antwerp Port Night event, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the company as well as the retirement of Mr Smets. The event started in a beautiful tent linked to the NOF Metal Coatings Europe company building in Grobbendonk. We expect 96 guests from our own country, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain. Once they arrived they were shown around the company and could enjoy a snack and drink. In this way, colleagues from other countries get to know the company site in Belgium better and understand better what their work entails. In the afternoon, the guests left for the second event location, a beautiful boat located on the Scheldt in Antwerp. During the reception, guests were offered a glass of the Diamond Cocktail and can have their “diamond” checked by the expert present. Jeanette Silhouette also provided the necessary animation as a portrait cutter and Luigi & Friends provided pleasant background music. During dinner the guests could enjoy mindblowing tricks by mentalist Piet Kusters and cozy portraits by Jeanette Silhouette. After dinner, the guests moved back to the lounge where Luigi & Friends opened the evening party. Then Jean Bosco Safari and his pianist released the personalized NOF song, a tailor-made song in honor of Mr. Smets and a number of Beatles songs. After this Luigi & Friends take over again, because the real dance party could begin! We provided VR animation for the guests who prefer not to dance. The next day we invited the guests to divide according to the activity they chose in advance: guided tour of the MAS, visiting the Rubens House or City Foot Golf. After this, the guests were offered a delicious lunch on the boat, after which they collected their luggage and headed home. What a blast of an event!
