And also not unimportant, in times of labour shortage, event agencies usually have a high-quality network of people who can be involved as real professionals at your event.
A tip: collaboration really works! Make sure you form a (close) team with the people from your team, the event agency, and the main event suppliers.
Another thing, when you want to collaborate with an event agency
If you request a quote from an event organisation agency, always ask in advance whether it is free or whether you have to pay for it. And you know what is also a hot topic? Pitching! If you are going to let the event agencies pitch, first make a pre-selection in advance to know what could be the most appropriate event agencies for you. Don't let too many event agencies pitch. This causes unnecessary work (and demotivation).
