Job description:
At Eventcare, we bring unique moments to life. We produce, design and support high-end events, brand experiences, and productions with an eye for detail, creativity, and care. Our portfolio is broad and inspiring: from trade shows to high-end art installations, and from music festivals to branded events. As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial COO who will take full responsibility for our operations and help shape the future of our company.
Your role
As COO, you will lead the day-to-day operations and be responsible for building the structure and processes that allow us to scale while maintaining excellence. You will collaborate closely with the founders at a strategic level while remaining hands-on within the organization. Together with a passionate and driven team — without rigid hierarchies, but with shared responsibility — you will help define the direction of Eventcare. You are not the boss, but the coach who enables the team to grow in their role within the company. You are the accelerator.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations: overseeing processes, planning, production, and execution.
- Build a scalable organization with efficient workflows.
- Digitize and optimize ways of working (e.g. with Monday, Adobe, Keynote, Slack).
- Manage project teams and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain financial oversight: budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Act as a strategic partner to the founders and contribute to decision-making.
- Work closely together with the CEO and commercial manager to help the company grow.
- Foster a collaborative and initiative-driven team culture.
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in the events industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager and/or producer.
- Experience in running events on a global level is preferred.
- Strong ability to build and optimize processes and systems.
- Highly proficient with digital tools (Monday, Adobe, Keynote, Slack).
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ideally, you have founded or led a business.
- Analytical, communicative, proactive, and decisive.
