Your challenge
In this role, you are an HR director behind the scenes. You are responsible for the perfect matching between brand and person within our Beyond The Smile division. Our clients, such as Porsche, Proximus, Nintendo, and BMW, rely on you to select the right ambassadors who embody their brand values. Whether it concerns a national activation or a prestigious project such as the Brussels Motor Show or Zoute Grand Prix, you ensure that the right people are in the right place.
How you make an impact
- Talent Selection & Matching: You screen our ambassadors and match their profiles to the specific needs of our fantastic customers.
Workforce Planning: You piece together complex schedules and monitor quality standards (etiquette, presentation, and attitude).
HR Operations: You are the point of contact for your crew, conduct feedback sessions, and ensure that the administrative flow (timesheets, transport, clothing) runs smoothly.
Account management: You unburden our clients and strive for maximum satisfaction every day.
Profile
You are an organizational talent with a passion for people and hospitality. You are a strong communicator (Dutch/French) who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You do not panic at last-minute changes, but immediately switch to a solution. A background in HR, communications, or office management is an asset.
