Worldwide, we realize unique projects that push boundaries and make an impression. As Team Lead Project Preparation, you are responsible for the preparation and management of our projects. You monitor planning, feasibility, and performance. You manage the Project Office team and ensure a smooth, accurate, and well-prioritized project flow. With your data-driven approach, you create overview, control, and continuous improvement.

Job description:

  • You analyze projects together with the Project Manager and assess complexity, risks, and the required presence on the construction sites.
  • During the preparation phase, you monitor feasibility, completeness, and priorities for a smooth project onboarding.
  • You draw up realistic progress and capacity plans and communicate them clearly to all involved stakeholders.
  • You monitor KPIs within work preparation and project administration (contract agreements, hours, scope, and deadlines).
  • You analyze performance and bottlenecks in work preparation and planning, and identify risks in a timely manner.
  • You monitor the weekly progress of ongoing projects and closely follow up on post-calculations.
  • You report to the Operations Manager in a data-driven manner and act as a substantive sparring partner.
  • You lead the Project Office team, structuring and distributing tasks within estimating, work preparation, and purchasing.
  • You coach, motivate, and support employees and communicate openly and transparently, even with complex messages.
