Even More Inspiration with Event Moodboards

Even More Inspiration with Event Moodboards

Moodboards, part of the eventplanner.net event management software that we launched at the beginning of this year, has become even better thanks to some new features.

Are you organizing an event, wedding, conference, ...? In the orientation phase it is always a good idea to make an inspiration board with possible venues, original acts, caterers, ... This was already possible with our online Moodboard tool by pinning event suppliers on your board and sharing it with your colleagues, event agency or at a wedding with your betrothed.

From now on also pin 'external links'

As of today, you can also pin our inspiring articles and TV broadcasts to your Moodboard so that you always have them at hand. If you see a tip, an idea that could be a solution for your party or event, click on the 'save' link next to the article to add it to your board. In addition, it is now also possible to add external links to your moodboard. Henceforth you copy-paste every link you come across on the internet.

Finally, based on your feedback, we have put other improvements live in recent weeks. From now on you can filter the to-do lists and the callsheets of your event to specific people. This way you can quickly see which tasks have been assigned to you or to a colleague. We have also improved the print display of the scenarios.

This year we celebrate our 20th anniversary at eventplanner.ie with the launch of the free event planning software. Have you already tried our software? Let us know what you think so we can keep improving the tools.
