As Corporate Brands and Performance Marketeer you wear two hats. Together with your colleague and the manager you are responsible for all corporate communication in function of the Easyfairs brand and our event locations and on the other hand the social media & digital advertising campaigns of the fairs. You are part of the central marketing team and work closely with all internal stakeholders such as the fair managers, venues employees and HR.

What does this mean in concrete terms?
In terms of Corporate Brands marketing:
- You create a 360°/365 day content plan based on the promotion of our 4 venues in Belgium (Flanders Expo, Antwerp Expo, Nekkerhal Brussels North, Namur Expo) and the Easyfairs brand through the various marketing channels: website, social media, newsletters, video, press, print, events, ... with a view to better engagement with the various stakeholders, generating leads and increasing conversion.
- You will think about and implement a communication plan for our Employer Branding strategy, in collaboration with HR.
- You think about and implement the ESG communication plan.
- You are responsible for the further development of a press strategy and closely monitor press presence.
- You are responsible for internal communication: you ensure strong and creative communication to and in interaction with our Easyfairs colleagues.
- You initiate and coordinate marketing training for our event marketers on a regular basis, together with other colleagues from the central marketing department.
In terms of Performance marketing:
You use online marketing tools thoughtfully and develop them into attractive online campaigns (online and social media advertising).
Based on your expertise, you advise on the use of various social media channels.
You closely monitor the various actions and collect and measure data and results using Google and Social Analytics.
You document, implement and share best practices.
You closely follow trends and developments in new media.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing or journalism.
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing position, with an emphasis on online & digital marketing.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the various social media channels.
- You have a smooth pen.
- You are hands-on in creating digital, visual content: intensive use of social media, video, ...
- You have basic knowledge of digital tracking and you can work with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager.
- You have basic knowledge of email marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Wordpress is a plus.
- You are dynamic and creative, but also have good organizational and planning skills.
- You are a good communicator with a natural ability to persuade.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French, as well as English.
