"You are an idiot if you play around with fireworks", was once the slogan in a government campaign against the use of fireworks. And we're inclined to agree after watching this movie.
It is not (yet) clear where and when the images were made. It looks like a firework went off too early at an event. It's probably a small miracle that there were no injuries.
The moral of the story: always leave fireworks to the professionals!
