The Ticketing module in the eventplanner.net event software gets a new feature today: your attendees can add their ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with a single tap.
No printing, no scrolling back through weeks of inbox, no ticket hunt at the entrance.
Everything they need, on one screen
The pass includes the full picture of the event day: the QR code for entry, the event name, the date and time in the event's own time zone, the venue with its address, and your logo as the organiser.
Surfaces at the right time and place
On iPhone, the pass is location- and time-aware. It can appear on the lock screen around the event's start time and near the venue, so attendees don't even have to open Wallet to get in. The passes can be scanned with our event ticket scanner in exactly the same way as PDF tickets.
Where attendees will find it
Wallet buttons show up in the original confirmation email, in every re-sent confirmation, and on the downloadable PDF tickets. It works for free, paid (coming) and RSVP events that use QR tickets. Each pass link is personal and cryptographically secured, so a pass can't be copied from one attendee to another.

Wallet passes are an eventplanner.PRO feature. If you're a .PRO organiser, they're switched on automatically for your events, with a per-event toggle in your ticketing settings if you'd rather not use them. Not on .PRO yet? Then here's one more reason to upgrade.
