BluePoint now also offers you one of the largest green key production studios in the Brussels area! 


This brand new studio is one of the largest in the Brussels region and has been equipped with state-of-the-art technical equipment. And that is not surprising, because technology is key at BluePoint! The studio is perfect for recording and/or broadcasting your Events, Webinars, Interviews, Debates, Keynotes, Award Ceremony, Corporate Videos, ... In a word, all your video projects! The studio's total surface area is no less than 100m², including a 70m² stage with 3 green walls and a green floor, which are replaced by impressive and fully customizable virtual and immersive 3D environments during live streaming or a recording. In this way, companies can show off their corporate image better than in a permanently equipped studio. The studio also has a separate control room, make-up room and a VIP lounge and is equipped with professional sound, video and lighting equipment to meet all your digital production needs.


BluePoint also offers a wide range of catering options and suggestions for your business. A professional team will assist you before and during your event and guarantee an optimal result. Or jump in at Blue's Corner, the new restaurant on the ground floor!

Great experience with the Bluepoint team!
Fast and efficient, this dynamic team was able to meet our needs in no time.
My client was super with the result, and the catering was delicious.

Bonus point for the 2 technicians who were mega efficient throughout the day of the event, all with a smile!

A successful event thanks to their high quality technical equipment

We chose the BluePoint Conference Center because of its technical equipment. Most rooms are also equipped with translation booths, which was necessary for simultaneous interpretation. We appreciated the presence of a technical support agent at our service throughout the day. Thanks!
Our event took place over a full day with a plenary room in the morning and workshops in the afternoon. Although our event was face-to-face, two people had to speak via zoom.
We decided to rent several rooms whose capacity and layout vary, which allowed us to adapt to the number of people registered but also to the objectives of each session.
The center also offered us services such as the printing of information panels and the indication of the location of each room.
It only remains to thank the human team who contributed to making our event a success.

First collaboration with the Bluepoint Brussels team and what can I say except that everything was absolutely perfect. An ultra-responsive, imaginative, flexible team... And what about the catering, a treat both for the quality of the products and the kindness and benevolence of the staff.

The best we've ever worked with...!

As a Conference Producer for 9 years now, I have had many events in various Venues, Hotels, Conference Centers etc...in different cities around Europe, namely Brussels, and I cannot deny that this has been the best experience I have ever had so far!!! Organizing our 1st post-Covid Hybrid Conference at BluePoint Brussels last May 13th was just an incredible satisfaction...:

- Mr. Laurent Coessens, "The Make it Happen Guy" : My experience with Laurent has been perfect from day one; a talented event advisor with a human-centric touch I 've rarely come across. Experience, expertise, communication, patience... to name a few! Thank you Laurent.
- Conference room & hall : for a geeky, techie, nerdy conference , I am convinced we wouldn't have found any better. The setting was just breathtaking and the dedicated space enabled more event enjoyment !
- Technicality : that was the part that really made our conference a unique one. From lighting to AV, and from production to live delivery... the technical team left us all astonished and proud. Without mentioning the streaming capabilities and setup for a delighted online audience.
- Catering : we are all aware how F&B are vital in a full day gathering, quality and quantity were on time and far more importantly, all communicated dietary restrictions were respected to the point = every single meal was sticker-named after the requesting attendee ...
- Staff : professional, organized, cheerful.
# To sum it up, I have ended up assessing that Pre, During & Post conference client treatment at BluePoint is part of their culture, they have succeeded in aligning People, Processes & Technology in a way no other venue has ever done (in my humble opinion). Besides, the fact that they provide a full end-to-end service package (venue, catering, Tech...) can only be a huge addition to respond to today's highly demanding event requirements and pace...Thank you once again, we are coming back for the next conference without any doubt.

Excellent service, support and flexibility

On 1 December 2021 we were finally able to hold our hybrid science-policy Forum. We initially began planning this event for April 2020 but due to COVID the event had to be rescheduled twice. Throughout the whole process, the BluePoint team have been flexible in accommodating changing requirements and allowed us to reschedule as needed. For the event that did eventually take place, they were very helpful in answering all of our questions promptly. We were able to do dry runs at the venue with the technical team and they did everything they could to help us ensure the event ran smoothly. Hosting a hybrid event meant that the event was logistically and technically complex but the team never once told us something was not possible. The day itself ran extremely smoothly and the team did all they could to ensure that it did without adding to our own inevitable event stress. The facilities available at BluePoint are excellent and this ensured that our attendees could have a high quality experience whether they were in the room or online. The excellent catering was a bonus. The venue is a bit outside the centre of Brussels but easily reachable by public transport and with a large underground car park. Prime location

On Thursday 23/9/21 we organized a scientific training for dentists in Bluepoint Brussels.
The VBT (Vlaamse Beroepsvereniging Tandartsen) has been organizing refresher courses for dentists throughout the Flemish country for 20 years. Currently, preparing an event is not so obvious due to the ever-changing Covid rules. Right from the preparatory conversations and emails, there was good personal contact, a quick reply and the will to find solutions for the specific requirements of further training for dentists.
The day itself everything was ready as agreed on the previous tour. The staff was super friendly and always available. A sound engineer was on hand to guide the speakers and the room staff was not only attentive but also very flexible if the timing needed to be adjusted. Last but not least : the buffet and the closing reception were exceptionally tasty and were appreciated by a rather 'spoiled' public who are dentists.
Highly recommended for your event both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful garden in the heart of Brussels.

From Tokyo and during COVID? No problem!

Due to the coronavirus, the Paralympic Games in Tokyo were held without partners, family, etc. As a result, we wanted to organize a (wheelchair-accessible) stakeholder event for those staying at home around an important athletics competition. However, almost all of our (limited) staff was in Tokyo at the Games themselves.
Thanks to the smooth preparation, the variety of available spaces, as well as (and maybe even above all) all in-house availability (catering, technical, parking, ...) the event was easily a success even without the presence of the majority of the team!

Flexible venue with many options

We have worked twice so far this year with BluePoint Brussels and on both occasions dealt with a professional and friendly team. They were always at hand to answer any questions/worries and do detailed site visits and personalised proposals. The venue itself offers many possibilities for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. The external terraces are a big plus during the nice weather. We will continue to work together in the future.

More than successful hybrid event

After the lockdown, we organized an event in BluePoint Brussels for the first time. It became a hybrid event with about 100 attendees in the room and the same number behind their PC. Thanks to the support of the BluePoint Brussels team, everything went smoothly, both during the event and during the preparation. We only had a few weeks to set everything up, and the people at BluePoint Brussels have provided us with fantastic support. In short: we could focus on the content, they ensured that the event (room set-up, presentation in the room and via livestream, catering, etc.) was perfect.
